This sweet roasted cauliflower is one of my favourite roasts and is all I need for meat-free Monday! It takes minimal effort to prep and tastes amazing!😉 The complexity of the teriyaki sauce just brings cauliflower roast to another whole new level!

Ingredients
- 2 x Mini Cauliflower
- 100 ml Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 Pomegranate
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
1. Pre-heat your oven to 200*c
2. Rub the cauliflower with teriyaki sauce, roast it in the oven for 25 mins. Brush additional sauce to the cauliflower half-way through
3. Sprinkle pomegranate & sesame seeds all over
4. Ta-da! Ready to serve! 💁🏻
